Contemporary Lake Calhoun Home

This stunning contemporary home has a total of 3,929 finish sqft. with an additional 245 sqft. Private screened porch and a 562 sqft attached garage. I had the most fun working on this home with the Builder and Home Owner. Through many meetings and with some trial and error we formulated a home that not only fit the client but also worked very well with the site. This home was based around using USGBC LEED certification program. Solar studies specific the site helped shape the building; tighter wall construction, efficient site water management and roof top P.V. panel ready are just some of the many characteristics that make this a "Silver" LEED certified home.
