Lake Side Living
Edina, MN

Here is a wonder write up done by Midwest Home Magazine:"There’s a sense of harmony in this whimsical Edina home, built by REFINED, creating the perfect lake escape.

Friends and family move freely from the couch to the dining area to the kitchen on the open, airy main level, complete with scenic panoramic views of Lake Harvey. The kitchen feels like a modern French bistro with its Carrera marble island, glass-front cabinets, warm wood flooring, stainless steel appliances, and rows of windows filling the space with sunlight. A hidden walk-in pantry, pocket office, formal study, powder room, and mudroom round out this level.

The elegant master suite and bathroom—featuring a unique handmade radiant-heated chevron tile floor—is on one wing of the upper level; the kids’ rooms on the other. An over-sized laundry/craft room and expansive bonus space is also upstairs. The lower level includes a guest bedroom, fireplace, bar, 1,000-bottle wine cellar, and flex spaces for a game room, home theater, or fitness area.

Homeowners will not only enjoy 5,600 square feet of living space and spectacular lake views, but also the convenience of whole-home technology where automation, security, and entertainment are controlled from smart phones or tablets.

What Our Clients Are Saying

"Jeff has developed a strong process to help identify the needs, wants, desires of his clients for their future home. It is an extremely easy and enjoyable part of the process. Once this step is complete, Jeff's "magic" begins. He works, with passion and focus, to design the perfect home for the new owners, the lot and the neighborhood. His eye for design is unbelievable. When you're not "in the industry" it can often be difficult to completely comprehend floor-plans and blueprints, etc. but Jeff took the time to make sure that we understood exactly what we were looking and made sure we were more than happy with every little detail."
