Orono Residence

The owner's of this quaint walkout split-level wanted more. Something more contemporary, something that made a statement, something that would be accepted in the neighborhood while still giving them what they needed. So, we decided to add some new living space over the garage and create an entirely new living situation in all the existing areas. This new floor plan layout allowed this family of 6 (3 people, 3 dogs) to live together while still providing them their own separate spaces to retreat to. We hope to someday make this remodel project a place to call home.
