Edina Residence

The owner's of this quaint single car garage home, nestled in Edina and near Minnehaha Creek, were looking for some kind of upgrade to accommodate their rapidly growing family. After discussing a few various options to see what would fit their needs, we landed on doing a partial tear down while reusing their entire existing foundation. Figuring this, we then proposed, a new tandem garage with an entire new upper level that housed 4 bedrooms / 2 baths and a nicely size laundry room. We then went on to open up most of the home’s main level which offered a new larger and more functional kitchen, a great mudroom space w/ a powder and to top it off a new, beautifully sculptured, staircase was added at its core for easy traffic flow and access to all levels.
