This concept home is located on a large parcel of farm land, adjacent to Lake Minnewaska, so the homeowner's will be able to walk right over to their guest beach house that is perched along the shoreline. The homeowner's were wanting a clean line European Chateau with some country like features. We are still in the planning stage of bring this home to life.
