Edina Residence

The owner's of this quaint walkout ramble were wanting more. Being previous clients, it was very easy to jump into this project with them to figure out how to execute their wants and needs. We looked at some various options that explored creating a second story addition or by adding additional spaces to the existing footprint. We came to the resolution that taking advantage of their deeper lot would give them the space they needed now while allowing them flexibility to phase in other areas when their budget allowed.
