Storybook Cabin
Annandale, MN

This quaint, modestly size cabin has been a great project that will bring much satisfaction not only to my clients but also to me. Designing a cabin is one thing, but when it will also be called home, in the years to come, it presents quite the challenge to create a highly functioning space in less than 1,000 sqft. However, the wonderful quality about a smaller space, is we get to incorporate much more crafted details into the design, which makes for a very stimulating experience. Some appealing features will be, true slate roofs, copper accents, wavy edge bevel siding, exposed wood rafter tails, beams and columns, Bark-Board siding and then a skillful mixture of boulders, field stone and brick growing out of the ground to make up the stout foundation.
Through great collaboration with our team, to include the owners, it will be widely enjoyed for many years to come.

What Our Clients Are Saying

"Jeff has developed a strong process to help identify the needs, wants, desires of his clients for their future home. It is an extremely easy and enjoyable part of the process. Once this step is complete, Jeff's "magic" begins. He works, with passion and focus, to design the perfect home for the new owners, the lot and the neighborhood. His eye for design is unbelievable. When you're not "in the industry" it can often be difficult to completely comprehend floor-plans and blueprints, etc. but Jeff took the time to make sure that we understood exactly what we were looking and made sure we were more than happy with every little detail."
